If you still wish to delete your Along account, follow the following steps:
Open the app and navigate to the menu (three horizontal lines in the upper left corner).
Select "Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account.
Confirm your choice by selecting a reason and clicking "Delete Account".
Ensure all outstanding payments are cleared before deleting your account. Deleting your account is irreversible and all associated data, including promotions and balances, will be lost. For issues, contact our support team at support@alongtransport.com
